RUHR loT is a provider of environmental physical Al services driven by smart hardware. Founded in Hangzhou in 2013, the company is recognized as key "Little Giant" enterprise by the Ministry of Industry and Information and as a manufacturer of "first-of-its-kind" equipment in Zhejiang Province.

Through intelligent sensing, high-quality dataset constructing, vertical domain model training, and intelligent agent deployment, RUHR IoT delivers Ambient Physical Intelligence (API) solutions for multiple scenarios, including natural environment, transportation, water conservancy, power grids, railways, and utility networks, as well as industries like manufacturing and agriculture, consistently creating long-term value for clients through safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

The company has undertaken a total of 11 projects under the National Key R&D Program as well as provincial and municipal research initiatives; it has led or participated in the formulation of 27 standards and holds 148 authorized patents (including 80 invention patents). Seventeen of its technologies (or products) have been included in promotion catalogs or technical compendiums issued by national ministries—such as the Ministry of Water Resources, the Ministry of Transport, and the Ministry of Natural Resources—as well as by provincial authorities.
