The system enhances rapid response and joint dispatch capabilities through a tiered early warning and emergency command platform.

Demand Analysis
  • Mixing of Wastewater and Rainwater / Sewage Overflow
    Mixing of rainwater and sewage discharge leads to the direct discharge of harmful substances into rivers, causing black and odorous water bodies and damaging the ecological environment. Oil stains adhering to pipe walls reduce drainage capacity, making the city prone to flooding during heavy rainfall, threatening urban safety and traffic order.
  • River Contamination / Odorous Water Bodies
    Polluted water bodies exhibit sensory deterioration phenomena such as abnormal color, odor, foam, and oil film, leading to a continuous decline in self-purification capacity, further deterioration of the water environment, increased subsequent treatment costs, and constraints on improving the quality of the urban environment.
  • Blocked Drainage Pipes
    Clogged sewer pipes can easily cause sewage to overflow onto the road through manholes, leading to pollution issues and creating significant difficulties for the living environment of nearby residents.

    Monitoring equipment is deployed at drainage outlets to monitor emission indicators in real time, accurately identify pollution sources and their contribution rates, provide data support for sewage enforcement, and contribute to the construction of zero direct discharge of sewage.
  • Rainwater and Sewage Separation Monitoring
    Monitoring equipment is deployed at key nodes in rainwater pipes and waterways to determine in real time whether there is sewage mixing or leakage, promptly detect rainwater and sewage mixing problems, and consolidate the effectiveness of rainwater and sewage separation transformation.
  • Black and Odorous Water Bodies Monitoring
    Analyzers are deployed at drainage outlets and black and odorous water body monitoring points to achieve continuous water quality monitoring and anomaly early warning, detect the risk of black and odorous water rebound, and provide a basis for pollution source tracing and treatment decisions.
  • Sewage Pipeline Network Risk Assessment
    Basic risk assessment assesses the basic status based on pipeline network attributes and historical pipe loss data; detailed risk assessment, based on this, combines real-time operational data and surrounding environmental information for in-depth evaluation.
