Project name
Zhangzi County Smart Water Supply Project
-
Project Background
The Zhangzi County Water Supply and Drainage Center faces several challenges in water supply management, including missing pipeline data, difficulties in meter reading, persistently high production and sales gaps, fragmented information systems (lacking core systems such as GIS), reliance on experience for manual dispatching, and a lack of systematic leakage monitoring and big data analysis. These issues fall short of the goals of ensuring safe water supply and improving management efficiency, necessitating a systematic digital reform and comprehensive upgrade.
This project aims to create a smart water management system integrating "water production, water supply, water sales, and water use" by conducting a comprehensive survey of the pipeline network, improving IoT sensing, building a smart water management software platform, and upgrading the command center and service hall. The goal is to ensure safe water supply, strengthen intelligent scheduling, reduce pipeline leakage, improve management efficiency, and enhance decision-making capabilities.

Project Solution
Based on the current situation and business needs of Zhangzi County Water Supply and Drainage Center, this project follows the work requirements of "top-level design, overall management, deep integration, and comprehensive improvement," and takes "one platform, multiple applications" as its core concept. It builds a comprehensive management platform that integrates smart IoT, smart production, smart pipeline network, smart marketing, and smart control, and connects the entire data chain from water source, water plant, pipeline network to users, to realize automated information collection, real-time operation monitoring, and intelligent management decision-making.
