Project name
Yuhang District Urban Safety Operation CT Intelligent Governance Platform Project
-
Project Background
With the expansion of urban scale and aging infrastructure, urban safety risks such as road collapses, bridge defects, and pipeline leaks are highly concealed and interconnected. Traditional manual inspections and single-threshold early warning models are insufficient to achieve "early detection, early warning, and early response."
-
Project Solution
The Urban Safety Operation CT Intelligent Governance Platform follows the urban safety governance approach of "comprehensive inspection, key re-examination, comprehensive analysis, and collaborative governance." It focuses on key areas with frequent urban safety risks, such as roads, pipelines, buildings, bridges, tunnels, and highway slopes. It integrates and utilizes various monitoring technologies, including IoT sensing, synthetic aperture radar interferometry, and aerial monitoring, to comprehensively collect basic urban safety data and monitoring data from various relevant departments and systems. Simultaneously, it sets risk classification models according to different scenarios and regions, forming a closed-loop business collaboration of "perception-early warning-dispatch-response-assessment" to ensure the safety operation of the city.
-
Project Outcomes
Since its establishment and iteration in 2021, the platform automatically generates risk situation reports every month, with an accuracy rate of over 95% in proactive early warnings. It has effectively warned and dealt with 551 potential hazards and resolved 89 high-frequency risks related to roads, pipelines, and bridges. Through the "CT" intelligent governance system, Yuhang District has achieved a leap from "passive response" to "proactive prevention" of urban safety risks, providing a replicable "Yuhang model" for building resilient cities.
