Project name
Changshan Town Urban Dilapidated Building Automation Monitoring Project
-
Project Background
With the gradual aging of urban housing, a large number of dilapidated houses have accumulated issues such as wall cracking, foundation settlement, and structural deformation. Traditional manual, one-by-one inspections have low efficiency and cannot detect hidden risks in a timely manner. In addition, the inherent construction standards of buildings are low, and the problem of lack of maintenance and upkeep is prominent, accelerating the release of safety hazards. It is urgent to establish an automated monitoring system with wide coverage and fast response, and promote the transformation of hazardous and old house management from "passive risk management" to "active risk prevention".
-
Project Solution
By deploying high-precision dual axis tilt sensors, energy level gauges, crack gauges, and other intelligent sensing devices, the structural stability of a total of 110 sets of dangerous old houses in the county was monitored; Construct a structural health monitoring system for dilapidated houses in Changshan Town to achieve real-time monitoring, prediction, and early warning of dilapidated houses.
-
Project Outcomes
Through monitoring of the structural stability of dangerous and dilapidated houses in the entire county, the system enabling real-time online control of the structural safety of dangerous and dilapidated houses in the county, and ensuring the safety of residents' lives and property.
